Our 14-yr-old (mostly) Russian Blue has had an overactive thyroid for years and takes a medicine for that. But he is still losing weight, very inconsistent about his food. My husband buys Friskies for him based on price…and some Fancy Feast but I am trying a hyper-allergenic dry food now. Would kitten food help him regain some weight.
